Another idea I like in this book is "500 Million Moments"

Tom Rath says that our life is made up of many small moments that we see all day long whether we are active or dull because of some small events that happen that day.

If they are good we will be active all day and if they are bad we will be irritated all day long.

If we look at a moment for three seconds, there are 1200 moments per hour, but for the whole day there are 19200 moments, and the same lifetime count is about 500 million moments.

We can be happy in life if we can experience a high percentage of these 500 million Moments as Good Moments.

If we want to be happy for the rest of our lives, we need to make sure that all the events that happened to us today are going to be good, but if anything negative happens, what can we do to make it better without taking it seriously?

What research says is that people who are very active, happy, smiling, and talking are four times healthier and more enthusiastic when compared to others.

Next Idea “Focus for 45 break for 15”

We also need to take the brakes correctly as we do any work because our body is not a machine, our energy levels are dropping if we are constantly working so we need to take a 15-minute break if we work 45 minutes for every hour we work.

During that 15 minute break, we should be able to do anything that is not related to the work we are doing so that we can stay active.

Finally, we should do as many good things as we can in our life because we have only been on this earth for so few days as we thought

So we need to think about how we use our time and do what we do best every day. We need to have a sense of what we are doing.

We need to build a strong bond with our friends, with our colleagues, with our family, with our friends. We need to maintain a good, strong diet and proper sleep daily. If we can do all these things correctly, we can give a positive charge to our life and stay in full charge all day long.
